Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”) Policy

Overview

an1.app is an online service provider as defined by the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We enable legal copyright owners to self-publish on the internet by uploading, storing, and displaying various media through our services. We do not actively monitor, review, or analyze files uploaded to our servers by users. We take copyright infringement seriously and are committed to protecting the rights of legal copyright owners.

If you are a copyright owner and believe that content on an1.app infringes your copyright, you must notify us in writing to allow us to identify the allegedly infringing content and take appropriate action. Please follow the procedures outlined below.

I. Designated Agent

Upon receiving a proper notification of claimed infringement, an1.app will follow the procedures outlined in this policy and the DMCA.

II. Complaint Notice Procedures for Copyright Owners

Your copyright infringement claim must include the following elements:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  3. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing or the subject of infringing activity, including information sufficient to allow an1.app to locate the material (e.g., a URL or specific description).
  4. Contact information for the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
  5. A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Failure to include all required information may delay the processing of your DMCA notification.

III. Notice and Takedown Procedure

an1.app expects all users to comply with applicable copyright laws. Upon receiving a valid notification of claimed copyright infringement, we will promptly investigate and, if deemed valid in our sole discretion, remove or disable access to the material identified as infringing. We will also comply with DMCA provisions if a counter-notification is received.

IV. Repeat Infringers

an1.app reserves the right to terminate the accounts or access of users who are determined to be repeat infringers, at our discretion.

V. Accommodation of Standard Technical Measures

an1.app accommodates and does not interfere with standard technical measures used by copyright owners to identify or protect their copyrighted works, provided such measures are deemed reasonable under the circumstances.
